Prepare for Multi-Factor Authentication

Review Your Contact Information Today
As part of our ongoing commitment to security, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be enabled for the Arch RoamRight Partner Portal beginning November 1, 2025.

Review and Update Your Portal Profile

To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend that you update your Partner Portal profile with both your email address and mobile phone number. This will allow you to receive MFA codes via text message or email when logging in after the live date.

What To Do Now:

  • Log in to the Partner Portal
  • Navigate to your profile (My Profile)
  • Add or confirm your current email and mobile phone number
  • Click ‘Allow us to send text messages to your phone’
  • Click ‘Update My Account’

    Why This Matters

Without a valid email and mobile number on file, access to the Partner Portal may be delayed.

    Please note:

    • International advisors will only receive MFA codes by email at this time.
    • When entering U.S. phone numbers, do not include “1” before the area code—just the 10 digits (e.g., 555-555-5555).

We appreciate your attention to this important update. If you have questions or need assistance updating your profile, please contact your Regional Sales Director/Account Manager or partner@roamright.com.

Thank you for your continued partnership.
