What is the promotion?
Eligible travel advisors may earn an additional 4% commission on top of their standard base commission when booking Arch RoamRight policies through the Tern platform during the promotion period.

When does the promotion run?
The promotion applies to policies booked and issued as of 12:00 am EST on November 1, 2026 through 11:59 pm EST December 31, 2026.

Who is eligible to participate?
Travel advisors who are properly registered, authorized, and in good standing to sell Arch RoamRight products at the time of policy issuance.

Which bookings qualify?
Only Arch RoamRight policies booked and issued through the Tern booking platform during the promotion period qualify.

How is the additional commission calculated?
The additional 4% is applied to the advisor’s base commission rate only. It does not apply to overrides, bonuses, service fees, or other compensation arrangements.

When is the additional commission paid?
Additional commissions earned during the promotion period are calculated and paid according to Arch RoamRight’s standard commission payment schedule.

What happens if a policy is canceled or refunded?
Cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks may impact commission eligibility and payout amounts.
